I have a question

for everyone who went to VVC this year.

How much (on average) was it? (I'm thinking for two people.) Room, avg food, reg, and air fare? (I would be coming from Nashville.)

I'm going to do this. But to do this, I have to start planning now, as I am also getting married in October of 2007. (Gah! Totally not freaked out about *being* married to him - am totally freaked out about planning/getting married.) So, I need average cost so I know how much to save.

I got to go home early today, so my weekend starts, oh, now-ish. (As I have Thursday and Friday off and have to work Sat-Wed. next week.) I'm gonna find food, then spend a few hours writing, I think. Or possibly making icons. (Or looking for vid or graphics software. I'm keeping my options open. ::g::)

Squee-age

The Hall of Fame is up for bsg_challenge's Mini-Series challenge. It's not a contest comm, so *everyone* gets one piece of their work in the Hall of Fame, but the mod picks which piece gets it. Which kind of makes it like a contest with yourself. I was actually kinda surprised (ok, was *very* surprised) that this:



was what got chosen. The rest are here, and I also submitted the altered version of my "prayer" icon:

(Does anyone know how to include a javascript-y type thing on your LJ page and/or your LJ userinfo page? I'm trying to get my 43 Things list on my journal somehow. It'll generate the javascript for me, but I'm not sure where to paste it to on LJ.)
