It's 2:04 am and I'm painfully tearing myself away from my computer and making myself go to bed... I haven't been to bed (when I've been home) by 2:00 is I don't know how long. Not. Good. Especially not when I'm still trying to recover from the sleep apnea - the breathing machine only helps while I'm asleep, but it can't work miracles, and 4 hours (or less) is still *way* too little.

Why can't I get tired and go to sleep at 11:30 or so like normal people?
