Ok, this is totally *not* spoiler-free, but it's also not fully informed, either. It's just me getting a theory out of my head that I imagine most of the rest of fandom has already talked about, digested, proved/disproved etc... heck, it's possible that they've actually directly addressed this on the show already, though based on a conversation with duskfire I don't think they have.

So, based on what I've heard/read about Daniel, and the fact that he's supposed to have connections back to the events of Caprica, does anyone else wonder if maybe he's Kara's rather elusive father?

I know, I know, I bet I'm not having a single original thought in my head right now, am I? Oh well. :)

I don't know if you want to read this, since it's information taken from Ron's podcast.

Actually, Ron said straight-out, in his podcast, that there is no relation between Kara and Daniel. Oh, and that fans shouldn't expect anything about Daniel in the finale.

THIS MAN IS THE WORST STORYTELLER/SHOWRUNNER EVER. (Except for maybe Hart Hanson, but that's another rant entirely.)
