cybermathwitch | Brief Catch-Up Note

Hi hi. We didn't find a place in Murfreesboro yet, so we have to go back and look tomorrow. Which is good, because I came down with a fever tonight. I have a tonsil infection. Joy. At least I can go to my real doctor in the 'boro rather than the idiots in the walk-in clinic that, after I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic, said "no, we think there's something weird going on with your tonsils since it wasn't strep and we refused to believe it was just an infection, so we're not going to give you a new antibiotic until you've talked to a specialist we recomended - and we made you an appointment for the end of the month. You'll just have to be miserable for the three-four weeks in between." Even though the antibiotic was working fine - except for the hives! Grrr! (Luckily my doc (my real doc) called a perscription in all the way from Murfreesboro w/o seeing me when I called her and told her what was up. I love her.

One good thing though - I managed to hook the other computer up to this one and transferred all my old files. So now all I have left to do is get the video card fixed, and I'm good to go. Woohoo!
