Obviously, you must come visit me so that you can watch all my VIvidcon DVDs. *nods* I have 2003-2006. And Escapade vid DVDs for 2003-2006. ...and lots of other vid DVDs. We could have a vid party!

See, I was thinking when I was scribbling down plans today at work that Cristin will be going and I should see if she wants to room together. Because yay! (Assuming, of course, you don't mind Brian as well, as I am dragging him along. He was kinda "meh." until he realized that one of the little icon-y pics in the VVC site background was Kenshin and I pointed out that Anime vids were also there. Then he was like "oh!"

I would *love* to come see you. I'm just not sure how to work out plane fare. How much do tickets run lately?

The thing about Vividcon is that it's limited to, I think, 111 people. So, uh. Registration was sold out in six hours this year. It'll probably be less next year. You kind of have to schedule yourself to be there right as it opens and register right away, or else you're not going to get in.

Randomly playing on Expedia, it looks like the cheapest flights from your area are running at about $242 right now. Mind though, I live in Vegas. And if you shop around, you can *always* find a deal to get to Vegas.

...wonders if she could talk parents into helping her get a ticket for a christmas present... that could be cool. I'll be eligible for vacation days *sometime* next year. Surely.

Hee. It's usually announced about a week prior to the opening on the Vividcon mailing list and in vividcon. I think that registration was in January this year, but I might be wrong.
