Adama/Roslin makes me squeee! There's more shippy in S2 than there is in S1 because there's more trust there and it's really nice. They're quietly shippy in a way that sneaks up on you when you're not looking. :)
Boomer/Helo will KILL YOU DEAD! I ship them, but I also can't forget she's a cylon and the struggle to reconcile that she might be programmed into being in love (maybe not specifically with him!) and just enjoying the ship is tough.
