Update, Update
Jan. 16th, 2004 01:37 pmThe flu sucks. Three adults with the flu in a house w/ three perfectly healthy, rambunctious kids really sucks. Luckily, we all three seem to be over it now.
I actually got a fair amount accomplished while sick though - I finally got my hair dyed darker (it's a medium brown now - I'm gonna wait a week or so and try a different shade that's darker, but I'm not going to use Feria again, because it's torn my hair up pretty thoroughly) and cut, courtesy of my boyfriend and girlfriend (who saw what he was doing and decided to point out that I was three dimensional and fix it for me. Snerk.)
One of my other best friends is being moved to my team and I'm getting to help train her... then all three of us will be sharing a cubical. Lord help us all. Hee! We're being warned off using email for non-work purposes though, so that's kind of a bummer.
Currently I'm reading Alchemy, still thoroughly immersed in Lord of the Rings and the HP-fanon-verse, and knitting. There's lots more random stuff to say, particularly on the new Mel Gibson movie and the current uproar in the HP fandom, but I'll have to do that later. Right now I just want lunch, my book, and logic puzzles. Later!
