Busy Day, Dizzy Bay
Apr. 8th, 2003 09:35 amSo far I've printed out a list of Psychiatrists that are on my insurance plan - luckily, several of them are women. (Of course, I still have to find one that won't think I'm crazy for all my weirdness, just for my emotional problems. Which sounds weird, but I mean that doesn't think that there's anything wrong with being lesbian or wiccan/magical, etc.) Sigh. Now I have to start calling them. I'm still waiting to hear back from my doctor though.
What else is going on? Hmm. Well, I just got done sending a writing sample to the Fiction Writing professor so I can try to take that next fall. I hope I get the ok - I really want to take the class. I chose to go with British Pop Culture with Dr. Hague for summer instead of Science Fiction with Dr. Wolfe, primarily because w/ Dr. Hague I know what to expect and should be ok in there. I've never had Dr. Wolfe, and given how I am about academics right now... I'm better off sticking with what I know.
Speaking of which I'm *WAY* behind in both Calculus and Logic. I'm supposed to turn a quiz in in Calculus today that I'm not at all done with. ::shudder:: And I haven't been to either class in over/about a week. Particularly Logic. I'm kind of scared to go back. I'd much rather stay home and knit, please please pretty please?
Oh, and for all you Scapers out there? At least those that have to fly to get to the Con? SouthWest is offering a super deal on fares right now.
Got to remember to call Ann...
