Moving Day - Sort Of
Jan. 5th, 2003 12:13 pmHiya. This will be both my first post of the year (Happy New Year, everyone, btw), and my last post for possibly a week or more. (I'm hoping less, though.)
I'm moving into my friends' house so that I can go back to school. (FYI, if anyone cares, I'm signed up for Calculus II, Discovering Physics (ie, physics for dummies), Elementary Logic and Critical Thinking, Folk and Fairy Tales, Literature and Film, Symphonic Band (if I can pass auditions), the Honors Lecture Series (this semester on Cultures), and I plan on sneaking into Water Aerobics twice a week since a. I've already taken it for credit, and b. I can't audit it since I already have 18 hours signed up. So far, though, it's about the only kind of workout I've found that doesn't make my asthma act up, and I enjoy it. So I still would like to do it, if the instructor will let me.)
As for my online time, well, I have to have my cable modem transferred to my friends' house, which will require talking to the cable company and getting them to come out and give me a new modem. (At least, that's what had to happen last time I changed cities.) This could take anywhere from two days to over a week, so I'm not sure when I'll be online again. I don't dare go near the school computers since the time I'm on campus I need to be doing homework. No. Really. That's my plan, at least. ;)
I have bunches of fic recs building up (not the least of which is a new chapter of Wintersong's "Alphas", and I'm just going to make a page for them, rather than just put them in here. I'll link from here though. That's something I can work on even w/o internet access.
See everyone soon!
