(no subject)

Hi. Just thought I'd drop in and leave a quick little "what's going on" before I leave for the Samhain Gathering. I've finished making Chex mix for the trip, I'm packed (almost completely), and as soon as I eat *something* I'll be out the door. Really.

We're getting a hotel room this time, because Gret would rather not have pneumonia (I don't blame her) and I would rather not be falling asleep the whole time for lack of having my CPAP with me. Which is good too because of running water and hot showers and warm beds and such. (I have camped outside at both Mabon and Samhain, and let me tell you, the word "frozen" has a whole new meaning.)

Also, no Firefly for me until Monday (unless by some miracle we just happen to get there right when it starts and just stay in our room and wait to go to the site. Which is actually somewhat possible.) On the upside, I'm taking my tapes and hope to show them all to Gret when we get back Sunday night.
