First, apparently we're getting new planets. We'll have twelve, to be precise. (Yeah, I went there. Makes you go "hmmm...", ne?)

elflore, I'm sending you a Writely invite because I pretty please and sweetly would like your opinion on the fic I'm working on. ::bats eyelashes::

I wouldn't mind at least one other beta (

serendipityxxi is doing a wonderful job thus far) for said fic. It's BSG, K/L, and has very mild season 3 speculation. If you've seen the newest trailer I pimped a few entries back, then you know everything I know about it.

I was going to my parents' house this weekend so that I could a. see them, and b. have a way to get to and from work, since everyone else is going away, but mom decided it would be better for her to come spend Friday (my day off this week) with me here and help me rent a car. I'm hoping this will mean more writing for me this weekend.

Since

bsg_challenge has started over (I think?) with the Mini this week, I want to get some art worked up probably tomorrow (the deadline's Friday). I'm thinking of setting a goal for myself to do at least some icons and a wallpaper for each ep. We'll see. I have re-installed Picture Publisher 8 (my favoritest graphics software ever) so this might actually happen in my world.

okay, this whole new planets thing? totally making my universe off kilter, no pun intended....

::nods:: On the one hand, I think the new def. makes sense. On the other, I think that the number of things like asteroids that would become "planets" verges on the ridiculous.

There was a blurb about the possibility of new planets on Channel One News at school today. My friend Danny and I discussed how this means that the creators of Sailor Moon will just have to crank out a new season to cover all their bases.
