Thankees. Everything went swimmingly (or should that be walkingly?). I did have to tell them to stop, but not until after they'd gotten to my target heart rate, and everything checked out clear.

Yes, my asthma is just like that. Also, lifting stuff gives me problems, which makes moving a frakking pain.

Shots = yuck... but I 'spose it is better than the alternative. Although I'm not sure I get how whooping cough and tetnus go together? I have a few more years to wait on another tetnus shot, though, because there was this painting that fell on me...

(really not bad, just some glass cuts and stitches - but I had to get an updated tetnus shot.)
