(I mean, I know that it's one of those things that can't be brought back as it was, and it's not even exactly that circumstance I want to recapture precisely) but it's been a really long time since I've had a group offline or online that has been on the same wavelength as me in fandom. And I'm just not the type of person that wants to spend all the time I'm discussing things arguing about it.
